Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Information

This document regulates the cancellation and refund conditions for the subscription services provided by TeklifOn platform ("Platform"). The Platform is operated by Pare Ajans ("Company").

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscriptions under the following conditions:

• Unlimited Cancellation Right: There is no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the panel or by emailing support@teklifon.com.
• End of Period Usage: When cancellation is made, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions that are not cancelled are automatically renewed at the end of the period.

3. Refund Conditions

You can request a refund in the following cases:

• 14-Day Free Trial: No charges are made during the trial period, so no refund is necessary.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Partial refunds are not available after the 14-day period. However, you can cancel your subscription and continue using until the end of the period.
• Annual Plans: The 14-day satisfaction guarantee also applies to annual plans. You can get a full refund within this period.

4. Refund Process

You can submit your refund requests by emailing support@teklifon.com. Refund requests are processed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are reflected to your card or bank account within 5-10 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your bank as we use Iyzico/Stripe infrastructure.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal for digital content and services expires once the service begins. However, at TeklifOn, we prioritize customer satisfaction by offering a 14-day free trial and a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
