Terms of Service

1. Parties

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the user ("User") benefiting from TeklifOn services ("Service") and Pare Ajans ("Company").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the conditions for the User to benefit from the cloud-based proposal management software offered on the Platform and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Terms of Service Use

• The User declares that the information provided while registering to the system is accurate and up-to-date.
• The User is personally responsible for the security of their account. The Company cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from sharing the password with third parties.
• Using the Service for illegal purposes is prohibited.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are collected based on the packages specified on the website. Payments are made in advance by credit card. The Company reserves the right to change prices.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights of the software, design, graphics, and content on the Platform belong to the Company. The User cannot copy, reproduce, or use these contents without permission.

6. Termination of Agreement

The User may terminate the agreement at any time by canceling their membership. The Company has the right to suspend or terminate the membership if the user acts contrary to the terms of the agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul (Caglayan) Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.
